		<description>in the past, i used to fast often. once every couple of months. not for fat loss, more for cleansing. i&#039;ve felt much better, hot &amp; cold flashes as toxins would leave my body. the key was water which i feel people don&#039;t drink enough of. i remember struggling, not being allowed to drink coffee. after the cleanse, i didn&#039;t crave it anymore. that&#039;s just crazy.</description>

		<description>Interesting personal observations. We all are different and fueling properly seems to really be unique to each person. Right now I&#039;m fueling differently than a month or so ago. High protein, high quality carb and low fat right now. Using Parrillo supps. Amazing how anabolic I am right now. I will cycle from Parrillo to Paleo for the time being.</description>
