		<description>It&#039;s the same for me. So many woman are shocked to learn that I weight train... i even offer to train them because I&#039;m a personal trainer and they still get a little nervious.

I really think that for women who don&#039;t want to try it... well they really don&#039;t want that body they dream of as bad as then think they do. It&#039;s more of a motivational issue to me than it is a a straight weight training thing.</description>

		<description>Great post!  I like when women ask what I do to stay in shape and love to see the shock and horror on their faces when I actually tell them.  Maybe they&#039;ll get tired of doing cardio and remember what I had to say and want to give it a try. One can only hope!</description>
